I’m Tami. I help busy wellness professionals and yoga enthusiasts feel better and do things they didn’t think they could, with coaching, meditation, breath work, and yoga, featuring the Great Yoga Wall.
When you flourish, you show up better and shine your light brighter for those you love and for the world.
But, despite being able to prescribe to, advise, and care for others all day, when it comes to your own wellness, you’re not sure where to start. After recovering from a hectic job in national security and my own tendencies to overwork, and having taught and coached more than 4000 yoga practitioners over thousands of hours, I’ve developed valuable processes for investing in and reclaiming your energy, calm, strength, wellbeing and joy.

In a world that values hustle and grind and where so many others are in need, it takes mindfulness and courage to prioritize your own wellbeing. You won’t be able to continue to help anyone if you work so hard that you end up sick or injured.
Reconnecting to yourself, releasing what you’re gripping in your body and mind, renewing your energy and reclaiming your joy are the single most important things you can do for yourself, your loved ones, and the world, and the Great Yoga Wall is the best tool I’ve found to help you do so.

A body-altering, 3-day in real-time training intensive where you will leave second guessing behind and discover the safety principles you need to build confidence and joy on the Great Yoga Wall.
