Thank you so much for the fabulous training. Tami’s expertise, attention to detail, and the welcoming space she created made the event great. My muscles were definitely stretched at the end of each day, but no residual pain, so I was able to participate fully each subsequent day. One of my yoga teachers definitely saw a difference in my body on Monday (how cool is that?) I’m looking forward to gaining strength as I actively use the wall most days each week…I’ve written up a sample sequence to start practicing, and then I plan to swap in additional asanas as I become stronger and more agile. I’m thrilled with the wall and the training. It was everything I’d hoped for, and I’m confident I will get much more out of my practice after having such excellent and detailed instruction.

One thing you mentioned in class was to trust your body to hold you up when we were hanging and that really helped me let go and relax more, because I most certainly did not and thought I was going to fall on my head! It really resonated as well, as you know I’ve been dealing with injuries off and on for a while, and I really do need to trust my body more. Sometimes I over-protect myself and end up hurting myself even worse! So that was like a mini-breakthrough moment- thank you!
