Stand Strong with the Great Yoga Wall

A 5-week transformative, online cohort experience where you’ll untangle your wall ropes and uncertainty, and learn the keys to staying safe so you always feel confident and relieved when you do a standing posture on the Great Yoga Wall.

Go from standing in front of your Great Yoga Wall, tangled up in wall belts and other thing-a-ma-bobs, wondering what to do next, to experiencing deep releases and relief that you can’t get with traditional classes or props.

Do things you didn’t think you could do—like relaxing into Half Moon Pose instead of struggling to balance—and never get bored with your practice again.

The next cohort starts in September.

The course has helped me to feel more confident in using the wall with my yoga therapy clients. This is in essence my 3rd time taking the Great Yoga Wall training. This format is very useful in that it allows time to ruminate on the poses and variations that in person intensives do not. I like the short clip format that allows plenty of time to practice at will. Being able to review the recordings again and again, in the comfort of my own studio is great! I know putting together this course material and the recordings took a great deal of thought, planning, time, resources, and effort. I think this is a great way to reach all of us TGYW owners and practitioners who are spread across the globe.
