Sometimes we need something a little different to enliven our yoga practices and create relief in our bodies and minds, don’t you think?

Would you like to build your knowledge of how to use the Great Yoga Wall® in a way that feels replenishing and secure instead of risky and scary?

At times are you unsure how to find more profound releases in the postures?

Do you miss getting hands on adjustments and working with a partner (especially during a pandemic!) and really crave that extra support and relief?

Do you or your students struggle with certain poses, like backbends and inversions, and think that they’re out of reach?

You’re in the right place.

Enrollment in the official Great Yoga Wall Level 1 training is now open for a limited time.

It’s time for us to enliven and expand our practices safely.

What mainstream media says yoga looks like needs to be set aside so we can move beyond what we thought our practice could be to find: deeper releases in the postures, better alignment, more physical benefits, and profound joy.

It’s time for us to feel more empowered and inspired in our practices.

It’s time for us to experience the profound relief that intelligent use of the Great Yoga Wall offers.

It’s time for us to play in our practices in brighter, less fearful, and more expansive ways.

Ways that sustain us as yoga practitioners, teachers, and heart-centered humans in the world.

Here’s the honest truth: sometimes you just can’t get the physical release that you crave on your own. You have to experience something different.

And We’ve got just what you’ve been searching for…

You’ve found yourself on this page for a reason.

Maybe you’ve been a part of my community for a while, a friend told you about the Great Yoga Wall, or you saw it at a studio.

No matter how you got here, it’s not by accident.

• You’re here because you want to find deeper releases in the postures that you can’t find by yourself on your mat.

• You’re here because you’re hungry to learn more about what’s possible with the Great Yoga Wall.

• You’re here because you want to discover the foundations needed to work with the Great Yoga Wall safely.

• You’re here because you crave the stability of a “partner” you can trust when there’s no one else around.

• You’re here because you know that the Great Yoga Wall is so much more than just a trendy prop.

• You’re here because you want to have and/or share the fantastic feelings that come when you enliven and expand your practice with the Great Yoga Wall.

And that’s what this official Great Yoga Wall Level 1 training is all about.

I’m inviting you to be a part of an incredible group of yoga practitioners who are ready to ditch uncertainty about how to use the Great Yoga Wall safely and embrace the support, relief, and joy that the Great Yoga Wall offers.

In this Level 1 training, together we’re going to help your practice flourish with the Great Yoga Wall.

I’ll be honest with you: I first started working with the Great Yoga Wall in 2006, and its appearance in my life literally changed my life.

What I learned in my time studying with and assisting the father of Great Yoga Wall training, Bryan Legere, as well as by integrating the Great Yoga Wall into my own practice and teaching, has completely blown my mind around what’s possible—physically and beyond—when we use the Great Yoga Wall in safe and joyful ways.

I’ll share these remarkable techniques and memorable experiences with you in the Great Yoga Wall Level 1 training.

And I’ll be learning and growing right alongside you too because, as we all know, yoga is a journey, and the more I share the joy of the Great Yoga Wall, the deeper the embodiment of my learning as well.

Here’s what completing Great Yoga Wall Level 1 training will do for you:

This training is a time where we’ll come together to discover and experience how we can use the Great Yoga Wall to thrive in our practices in ways we never even knew possible. With support, safety, and fun.

Mainstream media has turned yoga into an exercise and fitness trend, and in some spaces, has taught us that we just can’t do certain poses if our bodies don’t look or move in certain ways. We end up sticking with what’s easy, convinced that we’re incapable, and losing out on some of the benefits of our practices because we think we can’t do them. Deep down, there’s a part of us that knows there’s another way.

There is. It includes:

  • Learning how to work with the safest, strongest, most reliable “partner” ever.

  • Holding the poses longer—with the support of the Great Yoga Wall—to find deeper releases and more physical benefits.

  • Strengthening your awareness of proper alignment, based on how the Great Yoga Wall works with the mechanics of the pose.

  • Simplifying the complexities of using the Great Yoga Wall in postures you already know.

  • Awakening, honoring, and rejuvenating your body, energy, and practice in a way that encourages them to blossom in new and profound ways.

  • Remembering your courage and strength to try new things.

  • Tapping into the mental and emotional benefits and joy of being able to do something you thought you couldn’t do.

And, we get to hang out—literally!

I’m Tami Robinson, a yoga therapist, life-long student of yoga, author, wife, and coach to evolving professionals who want to feel rested, focused, and inspired again.

We’ll get to know each other more in the Great Yoga Wall Level 1 training, and you can ask me your stickiest Yoga Wall questions. I’m here for you as a fellow yogi, practicing alongside you, finding relief and inspiration with the Great Yoga Wall.

From taking Great Yoga Wall training multiple times and spending more than a thousand hours in classes and teacher training with Bryan Legere, the father of the official Great Yoga Wall trainings, to assisting Bryan in the intensives, to modeling for the manual, to integrating Wall work into my own practice, to using it with my therapeutic clients and running multiple sold out Yoga Wall workshops…I’m honored to share what I’ve learned.

You can enliven and expand your practice and feel the profound relief of the Great Yoga Wall. But you can’t do it safely without learning the fundamentals of how to work with the Great Yoga Wall. It’s time to experience the joy the Great Yoga Wall offers and let your practice thrive.

Bonus 1: One-hour virtual group coaching session

Ever feel like you forget half of what you learned at an intensive or workshop when you walk out the door?

As a bonus, you’ll have the opportunity to gather and ask me whatever questions surface after you’ve gone home and started integrating the Great Yoga Wall into your own practice.

This is an opportunity not usually available unless you live near the teacher that gave the workshop and can go to their regular classes.

You’ll be able to submit your questions ahead of time, and I’ll answer as many as we can get through in the hour, with demos as needed, during our Zoom meeting.

Bonus 2: Private Facebook group

What you put your attention on grows.

Share your wins and a-ha moments, ask each other questions, and stay connected after this special weekend together.

The more you engage with each other about your Great Yoga Wall discoveries, the better you will embody what you learned.

I’ll be in there as well, available to answer questions, offer up tips and give you some inspiration to keep exploring all that the Great Yoga Wall offers.

Some of my closest friends have come from workshops like this one. When you experience something so deep and fun together, staying in touch helps you reconnect to that joy.

We could all use the deep relief and joy the Great Yoga Wall offers. It’s time.

On some level we share the need and desire to open our bodies, release tension, and experience fun. It’s what helps us get through the rest of life.

Are you ready to tap into a way of practicing that renews and enlivens you and offers profound yet safe and joyful releases?

About your teachers and Great Yoga Wall Training

Bryan Legere, the father of the Great Yoga Wall training, created two levels of intensive courses as well as shorter workshops to take your understanding of how to use the Great Yoga Wall to deeper levels than you will ever receive in a regular class. Upon his passing in 2019, the Great Yoga Wall company selected two of Bryan’s experienced protégés (my dear friend, Barbara Lawrence, and me) to carry on his legacy of high-quality training in North America.

Barbara Lawrence

I’m Tami Robinson, the founder of Wellness with Tami Inc., and I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation since I was a child. I credit the Great Yoga Wall for inspiring me to start teaching in 2006. After taking the Great Yoga Wall Level 1 and 2 trainings with Bryan, I moved across the country to apprentice with and earn 200 and 500-hour teacher training certificates from him. I assisted Bryan in the Great Yoga Wall intensives numerous times, and modeled for the manual.

Through Bryan I found my teacher, Jehangir Palkhivala, who offers a deeper exploration and embodied experience of yoga, its roots, and philosophy. For three years, I also studied with and assisted Gabriel Halpern, who Yoga Journal named one of the most influential teachers in the U.S. for his hands-on yoga therapy program, modeled after the Iyengar therapeutic classes in Pune, India.

I hold the highest certification from Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500), as well as certification from the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT). I earned certification as an Associate Integral Coach from Integral Coaching Canada. I feel deeply blessed to be a part of these unique lineages, and am focused on supporting evolving professionals (like you!) to feel rested, focused and inspired again out of my home base in Charlotte, North Carolina.

My dear friend, Barbara Lawrence, was put on this earth to help women reconnect to themselves, accept the invitations that life offers for deep development, and practice radical self-care.

She first encountered the Great Yoga Wall system eight years into her yoga teaching career. This discovery began a 10-year relationship with Bryan Legere as her main teacher, as well as studies with Jehangir Palkhivala.

Her experience with the Great Yoga Wall, as instructed by Bryan, is the bedrock for her practice and the base from which she teaches at her home studio in Granite Bay, California. She maintains a deep respect for this method and a heartfelt reverence for her teachers.

Together we’re committed to helping you feel the inspiration and joy that the Great Yoga Wall offers.

We’re so happy you’re here, and can’t wait to work with you.
