Believe it or not, you’re steps ahead when you bring simple curiosity to any meditation practice.
When you get curious and notice “what is,” you interrupt patterns of worry, concern and judgement. You focus your mind on the present.
Et voilá: you’ve just practiced mindfulness.
I’m in my third decade of consistent meditation, and I still love the clarity and quiet power of mindfulness.
