Whether you need a little lunch break rejuvenation, you’re winding down from a busy day, or you can’t sleep, in just a few minutes you can go from frazzled to calm, exhausted to refreshed, and scrunched up to open.
In this practice handout you’ll find a sequence of just 3 main poses, which I chose for their specific effects on calming the mind and engaging the rest and relax setting of your nervous system, all while giving you a good stretch.
